We exclusively work with adults (18-108) to ensure their priorities are handled and communicated with their loved ones, and other professionals that they work with (which means you!). We can help with the basics—an Assessment and Action Plan—or work more comprehensively with them. Ranging the gamut from assembling those emergency contacts, to documenting their social media, to notating where all their accounts are.
